Dr. Naeem Allah Rakha is a professional lawyer and faculty member of the Tashkent State University of Law. His natural flair for law blossomed over the years through diverse courtroom experience, honing his litigation experience. He has legal expertise in guiding anti-corruption reforms, credited as vice-chairman of a special monitoring committee. He contributes his specialized expertise in cyber law preparing next-generation legal minds. Having authored over 30 publications, he continues publishing prolifically. The vision focused on incorporating ethical AI frameworks into legal system.
